 Product Overview

  • 100bp ladder: Eleven linear double-stranded DNA bands 100 bp, 200 bp, 300 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp, 1000 bp and 1500 bp. The 500bp band is brighter than the other bands. Concentration 0.12 mg/ml.
  • 100bp Plus ladder: Twelve linear double-stranded DNA bands 100 bp, 200 bp, 300 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp, 1000 bp, 1200 bp and 1500 bp. The 500bp band is brighter than the other bands. Concentration 0.13 mg/ml.

  • 100bp Plus II ladder: Fourteen linear double-stranded DNA bands 100 bp, 200 bp, 300 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp, 1,000 bp, 1500 bp, 2000 bp, 3000 bp, 5000 bp. The 500bp band is brighter than the other bands. Concentration 0.15 mg/ml.

  • 1 Kb ladder: Eight linear double-stranded DNA bands 1000 bp, 2000 bp, 3000 bp, 4000 bp, 5000 bp, 6000 bp, 8000 bp and 10000 bp. The 4000 bp band is brighter than the other bands. Concentration 0.09 mg/ml.

Instructions for Use:Completely thaw and mix well before use. Load 100 bp DNA Ladder on the lane on a 2-3% agarose gel (load 1 μl marker for 1 mm lane, increase the loading volume for wider lanes). Suggested electrophoresis conditions: 2-3% agarose gel, voltage 4-10 V/cm. Do not use the 100 bp DNA ladder with polacrylamide gels. Stain gel with Ethidium Bromide or other stain, then visualize the bands under exposure to ultraviolet light. For long term storage, store at -20°C.
